Troop History |
|
This was the original 26th Troop formed in 1910. It's current size is around 45, with a Scout Leader and four Assistant Scout Leaders. The Troop is named after the late ANB 'Bill' Loach CBE. Bill was a Member of Troop, and later the Scout Leader for over 25 Years. He was awarded the Silver Wolf, and later the CBE for 'Services to Scouting'. Bill retired to become Group President in 1990, a position he held until he sadly passed away earlier this year. |
