Kitchen Extension & Refit
We have just applied for planning permission to extend the kitchen out onto the space behind the existing kitchen. This will be a 4 meters wide by 3.2 metres deep extension. This, when complete will double the size of the kitchen.
Once the kitchen has been extended it will be totally refitted out, as shown. The refit will comply with the current regulations for food preparation facilities. Stainless steel work surfaces, large stove, separate hand washing facilities, etc.
Disabled & child toilets (downstairs)
The existing toilets will be totally removed and a new disabled toilet and three child toilets added as shown on sheet 2. These toilets will be unisex. Child is defined as under 10 years old, so smaller units.
Ladies & Gents toilets (upstairs)
The existing toilets will be removed, some internal walls removed. A new door added and the toilets divided into two, as shown on sheet 3. This will also give more toilets for the ladies.
Patio
Beside the kitchen extension we plan to put in a small 3 by 6 meter patio, with a couple of wooden pub type table/bench units. This patio will be dedicated to the memory of Bill Loach MBE
